We will cover how to do an isomalt inlay with texture, how to color the panels, and how to have cleanly joined corners on 3d pieces. This can be adapted to seasonal designs or just for fun! I can't wait to share with you!

Calculating your costs correctly is a MUST to be a successful cookier! In this class, you will learn to set your prices accurately and value your work by charging your worth. I will teach you the formula to price your products and improve the profit margins of your cookies (that can be applied to other baked goods, too) with a simple pen, paper and a calculator.

We'll go through recipe standardization, cost and pricing exercises, and the difference between them.

Royal icing transfer templates are so easy to design. Let Nancy break it down and make it easy for you! We will use Canva images, our own artwork, and some clipart to create them quickly! You can brand the transfers if you have a business and sell the digital files or print them for the students in your cookie decorating classes.

Learn the art of doodling simple sketch designs of flowers, whimsical letters, words and fonts with Tweets Ultra Fine and Brush Tip Pens on Cookies. To create that "WOW Magic," you will learn the art of Quilling, using strips of edible wafer paper and techniques of rolling, shaping and gluing together the strips to add 3-D florals and whimsy to your doodle designs.
