In this class, I'll be sharing my experience working with Eddie for one year. I'll share all the insight into how I've been able to not only use Eddie to enhance my creativity as a cookie artist, but actually tap into an entirely new clientele with the cookies I can produce now with this technology. I'll also share how I price my "Eddie cookies" and how my pricing philosophy changed once I implemented Eddie designs into my custom cookie orders.


This class is designed for all skill levels and does NOT require ownership of an Eddie or any other technical experience with edible printers. We will cover some technical "how-to" skills, such as how to find images to print and examples of how I incorporate these images into designs for my custom cookies (including baby/bridal showers, holiday sets, and more); but is not a technically-focused class on how to configure, operate, or troubleshoot Eddie. I'll be speaking from the perspective of a Mac/Swift program user, but PC users will equally benefit from the knowledge and experience shared.
